What education and/training do you have that relates to your work?

We have 11 years experience cleaning hundreds of luxury homes.  We also have experience servicing commercial clients, so our access to professional cleaning products and equipment, as well as our professional system, means we can provide a level of detail that just can't be matched in price, time or detail.

What do you love most about your job?

The gratitude we receive from our clients on every visit. We love that we have always found ways to do our work better (and faster) than everyone's expectations. We love it when clients come to depend on us.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

I worked as a housekeeper for a resort while in Bible college, where I meet my husband. Since we have always loved cleaning, we decided in 2005 to purchase our name and license and clean part time for friends and co-workers. Because we are so good at it, we went full-time in 2009 and have grown ever year.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a cleaner?

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

We are the best kept secret for professional white glove service of large luxury homes.  Our standards were formed based on the most stringent requirements of our most particular clients. We understand there is a  difference between being functionally clean and being immaculate.


We are so confident that our clean is better, we guarantee it that if you are not 100% convinced, we will pay for your next cleaning, even if it's not from us*.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Before the first visit we set a time to meet with you so we can review your needs.  We then agree to a cleaning schedule (we send email reminders).  If we are not able to have access to the home per the assigned cleaning schedule, we may charge a $45 reschedule fee.  We accept all forms of payment on a monthly basis.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their cleaning?

The questions one might ask of a professional service will be different than what you would ask of a private housekeeper.  You should have complete trust that a professional service will bring everything they need as well as have the knowledge and experience to be thorough and quick, and of course provide insurance and bonding.
